Within the Listing section, managing your customers will be simple and efficient. You can easily add and remove/archive customers, and also apply filters for your searches, whether by name, email or status

1. Listed

Inside the section Listed, managing your customers will be simple and efficient. You can easily add and remove/archive customers, and also apply filters to your searches either by name, email or status: active, pending assignment, assigned with invitations sent and archived.

Extra data💡: Archived clients are those that you have deactivated on the platform, however, you will have a record of their profile information, clinical history and assigned planning. It's important to note that archived customers are not considered to be active customers.

You will have the option of massively assigning labels and collaborators to your clients and, in addition, accessing each profile to manage the planning and view the detailed information of each of them.

Finally, the advanced search filter will allow you to find your customers even more effectively, searching for them according to the type of label, profession or payment status.

2. Community

The community is a space where you can create and segment groups, either by tags or collaborators, and set publishing permissions in the group.

Your customers and collaborators can connect, interact and share. In this space, your team will have the opportunity to publish and discover exclusive content. From routines to outstanding accomplishments, messages, programs, videos, photos and more.

3. Labels and Automations

Classifying and categorizing your customers is essential, and for this, The labels are an essential tool. You can configure them in advance to include automations that will be activated when creating the customer profile.

These tags provide you with the ability to effectively classify and group your customers. You can create tags directly in this section or, once you've added a customer, from their profile, and then assign them. Some of the automations you can carry out using these tags are:

  • Send messages through the chat.
  • Assign professionals to the client.
  • Add additional forms.
  • Assign an exercise program.
  • Assign a nutrition plan or group of plans.
  • Limit the number of messages per chat.
  • Define the type of service for the customer.

  • Can my customers access it from the web?

    Yes, unlike the mobile application, they will have only the following features available:
    1. See the video section and see the details of each one.
    2. 100% workout functions: (preview, execute, evaluate and view previous evaluations
    3. Access only video sessions.
    4. See the agenda. There are 2 different tabs: past and present (Present includes current and future activities)
    5. Manage your profile, log out, change password, change profile details.
  • How to delete a customer?
    You must go to Customers > List > click on the three dots > select “Archive” > then go to Archived Customers > and finally choose “Delete”.
  • Can my customer use one email for multiple subscriptions?
    No, you can only have one profile associated with an email address. If you want to delete a previous profile to join you as a new professional, for data protection reasons, the client must request it by sending an email to support@harbiz.io and we will enable your user.
